Snowbird anyone?

I cannot download this *small* program, by a sixteen-year-old from
India!. Perhaps a Lockergnome + geocities effect?

Anyone who downloaded and cares to share (yousendit or something?)

I downloaded it (snowbird.zip) and 7-Zip says it's an unrecognized
compressed file type.

elaich , go to Tools > Options > System & make sure Zip is
ticked .

That's only v1 which doesn't work with Firefox. Where did you get v2?

Snowbird 2.0

a very nice idea, but you can not search by wildcard and extention
(such as *.mp3) which severely limits its capabilities (at least for
me).

btw - i did go ahead and contact the author regarding the
wildcard/extention thang. if he'she adds it, this will be my new local
search tool!

After various errors I finally downloaded a working copy from the site.
