My snipping tool works fine for like the first 10mins of starting up my
computer. Then after that my screen captures are garbled...showing lines
or
my taskbar repeatedly. This is with Vista 64bit on a Nvidia 7600 512MB
card.
I am using the latest drivers...but it did this with all previous drivers
also.

Why does it do this? How can I fix this?
Thanks

Sorry to not have an answer .. but as a temporary solution you can still use
the Print Scrn key and Alt + Print Scrn keys with Vista [then paste into a
program such as Paint].

Hi, I should of stated also that the Prnt SCRN and paste into paint also has
the same outcome ...except insted of a small portion of lines..I now have a
full screen capture of them same photos.
Thanks Saucy..Appreciate the input...but it seems like a confliction in
vista 64 and my Nvidia card?????

Ok...If anyone else has this issue....I found if you click NEW (in snipping
tool) 1-3 times..the snipping tool will come around and work as it should..by
that I mean you have the transparent screen, so you can actually see what
your capturing.
