snapshot viewer landscape v. portrait

I have a user using AccessXP, WindowsXP and snapshot
viewer 10.0 Users runs a report in landscape, saves it as
a snapshot to email. When the recipient of the email
receives it they say the report in portrait, and part of
the report is cut off. The user says when she opens the
report from her email, she sees it in portrait, when it
should be in landscape.

Any ideas? Is some default setting overriding the report?

Some printer drivers can be configured to always print in a particular page layout.
These often include functionality that tries to scale the report to force it into
that orientation, but apparently there are limits to how much scaling can be applied.
I would check the printer settings on the user who created the Snapshot. Also have
them try using a different printer as their default and see if it makes any
difference.
