Snapshot not on recipient's computer

How do I send snapshot report if end-user does not have snapshot on his
computer?

Well, you can send it regardless of what they have. I think what you are
asking is how can they open it.

Snapshot viewer is free from Microsoft. The user needs to download it.

You might even include a link in your email with something like...

I had the same problem not too long ago, however i couldnt find a link to
download the snapshot viewer from MS. My searches indicated that it was only
available to those with office 2k3. Has this changed? if so, where can i
download it (i hope thats not agains group rules, but it would be a MS link i
think).

I guess i was wrong about my information. Maybe I was looking to have users
create the snapshot files without office 2k3.

If i distribute the runtime of access 2k3, will users be able to create the
snapshots?
