Starting what??
If you mean starting your computer, And If it is Windows 2000 Pro or XP Pro And If IIS is
installed.
Then go to Control Panel, Computer Management, Server Extensions Administrator and run an extensions
check
Or if extensions are not the issue, open Computer Management > Services and ensure that SMTP and WWW
publishing are not disabled / are set to start automatically
Else
Check for any updates that may have affected the settings
End If.
