SMTP E-MAIL ADDRESSES NOT RESOLVING to Display Name

An user puts about 50 smtp addresses in the To field and they are all of the
users that are in our GAL. Some of the smtp addresses resolve to the display
name (LastNAme, First Name) but some don't? However another user is able to
resolve all the addresses.D ose anyone know how to resolve this?

Try Following.

Search for *.nk2 file
Rename username.nk2 to username.nk2.old

start outlook and try to resolve the addresses. It should work now.
