Smooth mouse scroll

I've just bought a wheel mouse for my laptop 'cos I was the touchpad on my
Compaq Armada is just too small and difficult to use. Th wheel mouse works
just fine, but I can't get list boxes to scroll smoothly. All relevant check
boxes are checked, but list boxes will only scroll a line at a time.

The wheel mouse is a standard MS 3 button wheel mouse that doesn't require
additional drivers.

Double-Check the Control Panel/Mouse - Wheel (TAB) settings.
From here you can modify the Lines per Wheel notch movement.
For more control you can download MS Intellipoint 5.2+ but doing
so will override the drivers for your touchpad.

The list boxes will not scroll smoothly if I click the scroll bar and drag
it, though.
