smatrcard service can't start

Hi,
I developed new image based on RollUp and it was working well .I
installed smartcard reader application and driver for smartcard .After that
i plugged my smart card reader with smartcard to my thinclient ,i made an
attempt to read my smart card but it was failed .

After while i was shown some warning message that is
"The CHIPDRIVE Smartcard office services is not running -- smartcard office
service is needed by smartcard applications and is automatically enabled by
the operating system when system starts" , and i manually tried to start
smartcard services in my thinclient again i got warning message like " Could
not start smartcard service on local computer - Error 5: Access is denied"

i was using CHIPDRIVE smartcard manager 2.5.2.002.

Could any one give me the solution for this?

Dear Raj,

Not really sure about this issue.

Do you login as Administrator privilege?

User privilege doesn't work well in services.

Hi Bing,
Thank you for your replay.I am sure i was login as administrator but i don't
know which was root cause.Somehow i got answer by rebuilding my slx.
