Borderline Psycho

Just installed the latest catalyst drivers (6.5) in an attempt to fix
some problems with HL2E1. Surprise, it actually did make the game
playable for longer than 5 minutes, but it did freeze up in one place.
I walked away for a couple minutes, waiting for it to kick back to the
desktop, but when I returned, the game was sitting right where I left
it, now unfrozen.

When I finally did quit the game, there was a message telling me the
graphics had crashed, and it asked me to send an e-mail to
(e-mail address removed). The last time I sent ATI a crash report to this
address, it bounced back to me as if the address didn't exist. I
assumed that since these were the latest drivers, ATI would have
either removed this address, or corrected the issue, so I sent them
the error report.

Well, this morning I received a bounceback message saying the
"recipients could not be reached". WTF!? Why would ATI include a
feature like this, then not open an e-mail address to catch all these
error reports?
