I would like to include two additional fields with the basic mailing address
used with Smart Tags in Word 2003 from Outlook. The fields for Company and
Job Title should also be included with the Smart Tag. How can I do that? Do
I have to purchase third-party software? Thanks in advance.

Yes, you'd probably need a third-party solution. SmartTags are DLLs programmed
in something like VB6. All the functionality is hard-coded into the DLL, so
there's no way to change what it gives you.

Thanks for the reply, but doesn't it make more sense to include these two
fields with the Outlook address since most contacts would include the Job
Title and Company Name as well?

Which 3rd party would be the best i.e. easiest to learn to change this
option?

I have no idea. But certainly the best place to get information about
Outlook-related problems and products would be an Outlook newsgroup (and
slipstick.com).
