Smart restore

Yesterday my computer just froze on a blck screen. I have manages to get it
back onto windows but lots of stuff i.s sound devises are missing. I have
tried to so smart restore but it says ''missing file''. As suggested by
someone i tried -run ''sfc/scannow'' ok but it comes up with:make sure i have
typed in name correctly???? Can someone help I just want to get my computer
back to how it was when i bought it and start again!

The correct is command:

sfc /scannow

with a space between the c and /.

Hi,
i typed in that and it checked to check if everything was installed etc.
When it finised the little box just disapered so i assumed that ment it was
all ok but it still won't let me restore?
