Small Unreadable Fonts

I am having trouble with IE6 on Windows 2000. I have
multiple machines in which many websites, including
microsoft, the fonts are very small and unreadbale, almost
like system font. I have been unable to find a solution to
this, and have applied every update possible
 
What happens when you change text size?
(IE-View-Text Size)
