small suggestion

My suggestion would be to run yuor system file checker;
goto RUN.. type in "sfc /scannow" I'm not very computer
savvy myself, but if you dont find an answer here short
enough. post your message on www.geekregime.com and they
can help you out, its the forum I use for all my problems.
