Small Handles?

Having difficulty re-sizing panels because finding the critical point on the
line is a chore. It appears to be too small. I eventually find it, but it
needs to be larger. I'm guessing Operator Error (mine). Help please.

We complained about that during the beta testing. It was not fixed and it
appears that it will not be fixed.
