"Small Fonts Not Installed" Error on Save

An emplyee is working on a couple PPT Presentation. Whenever he goes to save
ANY PPT documents, it comes up with an error saying "Small Fonts - Not
Installed". I found 'Small Fonts' and reregistered it on his computer, same
thing. Now it is doing it on my workstation.

I go Format>Replace Fonts and 'Small Fonts' is not listed in the selection.
There is also no fonts with a ? next to it. When I turn off embedded fonts it
goes away, but returns to a different document. Any ideas?

Is the document set to embed fonts?

File>Save As>Tools>Options>Embed Fonts

At first all documents are set to embed fonts. When I turn it off, the error
goes away. This is happening for 5+ Different PPT Presentations though.

When you turn it off and save, does the error return when you open the presentation
again? If not, then open and resave each of the presentations w/o embedding fonts.

If the error returns after saving w/o fonts embedded, how large is the presentation?
Does the same error occur after you save a very small version of the file, say one
with all but one or two slides deleted?
