If you're looking to compare two SLX files, one way to do it is to open both
slx files in their own respective instances of Target Designer and visually
compare components. You could also try running the two SLX files through
windiff, but that probably would be a very clear comparison.
On www.xpefiles.com you can find XPeTools package. You may be interested in Configuration Explorer component from the package. The
component has a feature of exporting SLX configuration as a flat list of component and saving the list as a text file. components in
