Slowed Response

Already had to reinstall all software and lost everything 4 months ago. The
slowed response is starting again once 60 updates were installed from
Microsoft at one time all of them for virus scan. I just want to uninstall
all those updates but I was informed not to do that. Not sure what is
happening with my computer. If its from the internet or a internal problem.
How can I have Microsoft or Dell scan my computer to see what the problem is.
And, can they?
