Slow Startup

My computer takes exactly 1 minute and 5 seconds to start
from the time the windows boot screen shows up to the
time it goes away and my login screen comes up. What
kinds of things can i do to improve my loading time?


My Computer:
ECS L7S7A2 mb
AMD AthlonXP 2700+
1GB PC2700 DDR RAM
40GB hdd
40GB hdd
GeForceFX 5700 256MB DDR AGP 8X
C-Media onboard 3D audio
WindowsXP Home SP1
 
First, diagnose the problem with BOOTVIS.EXE. Google search for downld location
