slow start up due to xxxvrw.exe, NVIDIA

Does anyone know about xxxvrw.exe? When I log into my computer it takes a
very long time because a program xxxvrw.exe is running. I've tried to cancel
it and it won't let me. I believe it has to do with NVIDIA (video driver? or
madonion.com). Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Microsoft Windows AntiSpyware (Beta1)

If none of the above fixes the issue then download Hijack this, run it, save
a copy of the log file and cut and paste it back here to the group so that
it can be analyzed.

Thank you so much!!!!!!!! I've learned a lot about spyware after running all
these programs. I can't believe how many bad things were on my computer!
