Slow shutdown!

I have a P4 PC running Win XP sp1 preinstalled and it takes like 5 minutes
to completely shut my PC off. what gives, this is like Win 98 except worse.
any ideas would be helpful. thanks.

Wow I have the same problem too and it happened right after I installed the
iTouch as well!

Sorry for the wrapping, but this link is Logitech's site that acknowledges
that its software causes a slow shutdown and will be releasing a patch to
fix it... however... its last release seems to be from 11/27/02 so don't be
expecting it anytime soon!
