Whenever i have a few applications open, like the internet, my music and
media player the screens are very slow and build up when im flicking between
them. There is no viruses on my pc as i use norton, adaware, spybot and
spyware doctor. Anyone got any ideas??

Thanks in advance!

That may be caused by marginal hardware. Too big a load for the donkey.

Looks like your drive maybe excessively fragmented, even when you
browse, the temporary files created in the background may get
fragmented and everytime these are accessed, there is a lag. Media
applications too require data to be supplied in a continuous flow and
if asociated files are fragmented, this problem can occur. Cleanup,
remove unwanted programs and defragment.
