slow rh menu

I am finding that the rh click menu is very slow. No virus
found by Nortons. I downloaded another virus detector via
the page suggested in another answer, but it found none
either. Any other suggestions on what might be happening?
 
Check existing posts for the word "right" in the Subject
line. You will find that NAV is probably responsible for
the problem.
