Slow Response Time

My computer is running slow with an approximate
command/response time of 30 seconds, and occasionally it
freezes up for longer periods. The incidents are not
limited to the internet, and I have over 90% available
hard drive space. I have also deleted all temporary
internet files. I am out of ideas.

Sorry I don't have any solution, but your problem seems very familiar to me
as I have been frustrated by similar problems for weeks. I would be
interested in the responses you get, would you be willing to share the
information?I am on broadband and generaaly it works weel but its startup and
trying to operate things like word and excel etc where the system seems to
slow to a standstill or freeze up completely. Do you have similar problems?
