Slow Publishing

I am having problems publishing my site. I have it set to publish changed
pages only. It publishes really slow. 0KB/s. It takes 5 hours to do anything.
What can I do to speed this up? I have tried using multiple computers but I
cant even import it to try.

I am having the exact same problems. I have a PPTP connection to the
terminal server at work where the website is held. I have local files on my
laptop. I too get the 0KB/s and it took 4 hours to publish my changed files
only. Note that I was previously using Dreamweaver and this published
superfast using the exact same connection - me and our IT department are
really stumped. Hope someone can help PLEASE PLEASE :-)
