Slow Printing from Outlook

Running Outlook 2003. When point at message and select print, it can take
20-30 seconds for the print dialog window to appear. Printing to an HP 2100
LaserJet network printer.

Any assistance ... registry hack ... etc. appreciated

One of my clients had the same problem with Office 2007 - it would take 20 to
30 seconds for the print dialog box to appear (unless he was using "Quick
Print"). I removed a couple of non-functioning network printers and that made
the print dialog box open immediately.
