Slow or no response from taskbar.

Hi,

problem :
- if several windows are opened ( softs, folders, ....), I at times, cannot
switch from one to another using the taskbar buttons : I have no response.
However, system isn't freezed, since I can minimize the windows one at a
time, to finally reach the one I need to !

Any explanation, and possibly ( would be nicer !) correction ?
