Slow opeming of URL's

Hi Guys,
Build a new computer four weeks ago, everything works ok. My only problem
is that when I open URL's it usually takes ages for them to open. When I
first go onto the net it seems ok, but as time goes on, it takes ages
sometimes times out when I go to a URL. I am using ADSL two computers on the
same ADSL modem, the modem is a D-Link DSL-604T. Running Window Xp Sp 2,
Athlon 64 3500+, 2 Gigs of Ram, Epox 9NDA3J Mobo, Zone Alarm (Access
granted to Internet), no program Running at same time(downloads). Scanned
for Malaware, Spyware etc. The other compute runs fine no problems... Any
ideas how to solve this one guys. Thanks for you help

do a speed test from speakeasy http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/

when the pages slow down test again, clear your internet cache, and set to
clear after browser closes from options/advanced to keep it clean.
