slow map network drive

Hello,
Client PC Windows XP Pro SP1 mapping network drives.

When mapping a network drive and the share is from a
Windows 2003 server, the drive mapping takes about 15 - 30
seconds to connect. Once connected the file access on the
share works well.

Doing the same mapping to a share from a Windows 2000
Server (SP4) does not have the same problems, it connects
the share straight away.
