SLOW - File Open

My system has a problem in most any Microsoft Application with the file open
- it hangs and takes forever to open up a directory. If I go to open a
document, etc - I have to wait a minute or so for it to open a directory.
The application gets to a non-responsive state.

This happens in Office as well as Visual Studio... to the point where it is
almost unusable.
 
Hi Forte,
Do you have Ebough Disk Space on your HD and more RAM more than 512 Megs
will be Ok, do a system Clean Disk and Defrag. Is your computer clean from
Malware/Grayware and Viruses.
