I can not find an answer or reason for the following. When I start to
shutdown my computer it goes really slow (screen does not slowly disolve as
it used to) and then windows pop up saying that: "CMCRFAXA.EXE-DLL" (window
#1) and "BATYPT32.EXE-DLL" (window #2) were unable to install because Windows
is shutting down. I do not know what these are or why I am seeing them.
Computer seems to be running slower and is locking up at times. I am not a
knowledgable computer person and would appreciate help.
Thanks,
Captain Dan

Both those files are not valid Windows files.
Scan your system with latest virus definitioned antivirus,as well as
with Spybot,Search and Destroy,CWShredder and Adaware.Run all the latest
versions in Safe mode.

Thanks for your quick response. I ran the new Microsoft's Beta version of
Spyware and it did not help. I will try the others. Again, thanks.
