slow D/L ....

When clicking on a site, the D/L starts very slowly, but if I stop the action
and click the link again, it loads normal and fast. I've updated and run
Adaware, Spybot, AVG7, cleaned all temp files and cookies and rebooted my
router. Any suggestions??

If you are referring to a Web page, which is comprised of multiple
objects, as opposed to the download of a single file, it's probable that
during the first "slow" download, objects are being downloaded and
cached in your Temporary Internet Files folder, obviating the need to
download the objects on subsequent attempts, because they can be more
quickly retrieved from the local cache.

I understand what you are saying, Brent ...... but I can stop the action
immedately and get the same result. I can click ...... count to 3 .......
stop action and click again and ZOOM ....... it downloads.
