Slow Cursor in IE 6.0

Hello. Just upgraded my PC to IE 6.0. Also upgraded my
Norton Anti-Virus to the 2003 version. Running DSL. Most
all websites accessed work ok, except for one problem
since loading the above software. When in online banking,
or in any site that requires you to type information in a
field, the cursor is very slow. When typing info in a
field, you have to wait at least a second for each
character to appear in the field. Used to type characters
and they appeared immediately. Any suggestions on what to
look for? By the way, I did a memory check, and have
plenty of conventional and extended memory. Resources are
averaging about 75. Running Windows 98. Thanks

A longshot - do you have a program installed called "comet cursor"?
