I am running XP on a lap top at the moment, there is about 20 gb free on hard
drive and regular cleaing takes place using defrag, etc. quite alot of the
time the computer seems to be running very slow, when looking in task manager
it shows explorer.exe is using 99% of the CPU useage and I have no idea why.
Can anyone help??????

Unexplained slowdowns are often due to malware these days. What
anti-spyware/anti-adware programs do you run and do you keep them
up-to-date?
