Slow computer? read this!

If your computer is running really sluggish download BOTH Ad-aware 6 and Spybot for free from www.download.com.. install them.. run them (not at the same time though) restart.. and see how that works.. :-P thx for reading

These two programs are being frequently updated.
Whenever you run them, first seek updates for each.
