Does anyone know what this is? Is it needed or can it be
deleted.

Hi this seems to be a trojan or type of virus.I have dug up a article on
what the file is and how to remove it.So yes get rid of it!

Thanks and I had an idea it wasn't a good thing,
especially when I looked at the date of the install on the
system and remembered that was about the time I had issues
pop up.

Will take care of this nasty little critter right now.
