slipstreaming SP3

Hi Experts,

I tried to slipstreaming winxp sp2 to sp3, however when the product key is
being
invalid during the installation.

How to solve?

Exactly what slipstreaming utility & version were you using?

I use nLite to slipstream. What are you using?

Slipstreaming does not request a key during the process. When exactly
does the key fail?
 
I am not use nLite and just using the Update.exe command, and finally
I can create a SP3 winxp disc by using a WINXP computer. (I was using
a Vista computer before).
Is that Vista machine can not using the slipstreaming process?
