slideshow with audio

Can Powerpoint do the following?

I want to create a slideshow with audio, consisting of my own voice
giving the presentation.

I want to be able to set it up so that all one has to do to start it
is to click on a button or link and the whole thing will run itself;
that is, when the next slide has to be shown during the audio, it goes
to it automatically.

Also, assuming that such a thing exists, could I put it on my website?

I thank you in advance for your attention to these questions...

I'm embarrassed to say.

It is "Microsoft Powerpoint for Windows 95" version 7.0.
