Powerpoint 2003

I've added a music file at the beginning of a slide show and want it to play
for the duration of the presentation. I told it to play until after x
number of slides have displayed, yet nothing happens after the first slide
displays. It just sits there. I'm sure the answer is simple but I can't
seem to find how to remedy this. I'm in a bit of a panic, and it's way past
my bedtime. Hopefully someone sees this and has the fix. I might have to
wait until the mornin'

Thanks so much for your help, as always.

PS ... the slides go through the preset transitions when I remove the music
file, so I know it's not the slide settings.

Your better off adding the music in the slide where you want it to start.

Play sounds across multiple slides (A WAV runs through it)
