Slide shows

A friend is having a problem viewing slideshows sent to her via email. She
was able to open them until she downloaded a program online, but now can only
view individual jpegs. If she tries to open a slideshow, it just hangs. She
thinks the program she downloaded is called skybounce, but isn't sure
