Slide Shows with Nero/WMP

I cut a CD with Nero 6.0 using the SVCD slide show method. I specified 3 sec
per still image. When I play the CD using WMP, it races through the slide
show in no time flat. If WMP can't do the job, what common MS tool can?

Well, I just answered the question. I stuck the CD in and it gave me some
choices on how to open it. Once was some MS Picture Viewer. At this point,
it want to treat all pictures as displayable. Now to tame it to use only
those in a select folder, if that's possible.

I'm assuming the Viewer is available on all XP machines.

Well, my observation isn't quite complete. Picture Viewer seems to apply to
'nomral' CDs but not SVCDs. On the latter, the Open the Viewer is not a choice.

I'll have to come back to this later today. Perhaps someone experienced with
these tools will chime in. Another question is will the tool adhere to the 3
sec setting made by Nero.
