after creating a slide show in a web page frontpage won't allow me to save
it. it tells me to open a frontpage webpage and save it to that page?? how
do i get it to save?? also all my page's for my site do not utelize any of
the navigation, reports, folder, hyperlinks, or tasks buttons on the bar to
the left. am i doing something wrong?
 
The error refers to a FrontPage Web, not a web page.

You must open a FrontPage web (File->Open Web / Site or File->New and
create a new website) *before* starting work on a slide show or gallery.

All images should be imported into the web before inserting into the
gallery, or any page for that matter.

Your other problems are also probably due to not having a web open, and the
pages inside that web.
