Slide Show won't advance past 4th slide

my slide show has 65 slides. when i "view slide show" it gets up to the
fourth slide and goes right back to the first slide. i don't have any
hyperlinks or other formatting - it's just a plain old slide show. any
ideas?

Fakie99,
First go to Slide Show - Set-up show and see if the radio button next to all
slides is active.
And while you are there, check just below if you have not chosen a limited
set of slides to be shown and also if there is a custom show active.
If this does not help, report back.
