I'd like to save a PowerPoint photo album onto a CD to give to someone who
doesn't own a computer. Can a PowerPoint Slide Show be saved onto a CD to be
played in a CD player connected to a TV? If so, how is this done? Thank you.

Hi,
You can not burn PowerPoint to DVD directly with out third party
software, because PowerPoint is not MPEG-2 Video formats which you can
burn to disc directly with common burning software like Easy Media
Creator, Power2Go and so on. you need certain software to convert your
PowerPoint to MPEG-2 or that software has the function of burning
PowerPoint to DVD directly
If you search through Google, you may find so many software
suggestions about PowerPoint to DVD and PPT to DVD,
Here I recommend Acoolsoft PPT2DVD, this tool will help you burn your
PowerPoint slideshow to a CD and play on TV with a DVD player
