slide on slide in powerpoint

I have powerpoint 2003. I want to put a small copy of one slide on a
different slide. How may I do this?

Save the slide as an image, and then use Insert.
 
In show mode capture the screen (using the Windows PRINT SCREEN
button/function or better using a screen capture program such as SnagIt) to
create a .jpg of the screen. Then import this image to slide and size as
needed.

View > slide sorter,

select the slide you want to copy

Then edit menu > copy

Then go to the slide to you to put the copy on,

edit menu > paste (or paste special > picture)
