I have a picture of a logo on my slide master. When I am in normal view I
cannot view the logo b/c it is behind other pictures in the presentation.
How can I bring the logo to the front of pictures on all slides?

You can't. The stuff on the slide master always sits behind everything on
individual slides.

An alternative is to copy the logo to each slide in the presentation. Here's a
