Slide Master doesn't change the fonts

Someone sent me a PowerPoint presentation. The slide
master says Ariel is the font, but the whole presentation
is in Times Roman.

How can I make all the fonts Ariel?

Sherman,

Perhaps the author has not used the "auto layouts" e.g. title and a bullet

and instead typed on text using text boxes.

To fix this...do a

Format menu > replace fonts

change times to arial

Thanks. I've never clicked on REPLACE FONTS before, but
that was the fix.
