Sleep mode

I have problms with the sleep mode on the Acer 9423WSMib. I remember seeing a
message saying that some drivers interfer with entering the sleep mode but I
can not find out where I have seen this message. How and where can I find the
information about interferring drivers that cause the computer not to enter
sleepmode?

Thanks for your suggestions and solutions in solving thos problem.

RoBo,

Look in Power Options (Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options)
to review the settings there. That area contains many options for setting
things such as sleep and other power modes. You may find just what you're
looking for. Just something to check.

ThanksFreddy, I thought that Sleepmode also works when plugged in but when
plugged in to the AC outlet, the harddisks do not turn of. Thingsare becoming
clearer now. Thanks again, Ron
