If sleep mode doesn't appear, perhaps its because the ACPI power saving
software is not installed. If this is a notebook, do you have all the drivers
to Windows has options for the power state mode?
E.g. Sony releases drivers to make this possible. Quite possible its the
same situation for you.
Start > Control Panel > Type In Search: "Sleep" (Without quotas) > and you
should then see "Change When The Computer Sleeps
