Sizing Windows Explorer

if i resize Windows Explorer, shut it down and restart,
the size goes back to its original size, not the resized size.

how can i get Explorer to remember my size preference?

Start - Control Panel - Folder Options - View - Reset Settings.

Note the size is used by both folder and explorer views.
