Size of database

I've got two databases, Cartoning and Monomer, both are set up exactly the
same way with front and back ends. They both contain the same tables,
queries, forms and reports. The Cartoning databases is empty and the Monomer
database contains data. The Cartoning database was copied from the Monomer
database. When the database was copied I deleted all the records in the
tables. The problem is the Cartoning database is 74mb while the Monomer
database is 48mb. Why is this?

That worked, its about half the size now. Thanks

Don't worry too much about the size. 48MB is a *small* database. The limit is
2048MB, and 100-200MB is pretty routine. As noted, regular compaction is a
good idea; regular backups is an even better idea!
